It was recently announced that Mr. Richard Hatch, Capt. Apollo from the original series, and Tom Zarek from the RDM series, will be appearing at Fayetteville comic-con this October.
Huge indeed...So say we all!
To all new personnel seeking the email address for Admiral Rivera to submit your test answers. Look in any of the squadron group pages under Top Gun, there you will find it.
Good luck.

From the Battlestar Galactica Fan Club to all of you!
Fellow Colonials,
I wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas you spend time with your families here and around the globe. As we all know many countries celebrate Christmas at different time during the season. What we all share in common is the celebration of being close to the ones we love and care for.
We take time to reflect on the year as it has impacted us in so many ways. Such as making new friends here or at conventions whenever we travel. To honor Family members and Friends that have passed away which help make memories we still cherish to this very day. We look upon our Children as they learn about Christmas and embrace a time honored celebration of Fellowship and Acceptance that touches our very souls. Each time we celebrate Christmas and New Years as it will follow closely. We as a whole can't help, but be humble to all we have accomplished and all that we still need to do and carry on for Families. In order for them to have a better tomorrow, a brighter future and wonderful legacy we leave behind for them. When the time comes to pass on the torch it is our children and their children's and so on that will continue to value and pass onto the next generation all we have instilled in them.
I want to thank you all here Battlestar Fan Club, Colonial Defense Forces and Colonial Cylon Alliance for being true Fans of Battlestar Galactica and all it represents to ALL OF US. I know many of close out emails and blog posting with "So Say We All" Let us all remember also, "WE ALL SAY SO" It is that voice within us all that make us the unique individuals we are from all around the world and i salute you for it! Birthday wishes go out to a long time Raven Colonial Marine. A mainstay at BFC and Raven Convention Support, mostly behind the scenes, he is always working for the Club and Chapter. An impressive student, he also strongly represents the Group values and his Family responsibilities. The OIC and NCOIC know we can count on him. The Raven MARDET and Ship's Crew salute one of our first Members (Salutes). Happy Birthday to one of our youngest Ravens.

Wander My Friends Lyrics
Like the mist on the green mountain, moving eternally
Despite our weariness
we'll follow the road
Over hill and valleys
to the end of the journey
Come on my friends and sing with me
Fill the night with joy and sport
Here's a toast to the friends who have gone from us
Like the mist of the green mountain,
gone forever
Let us remember the people in Tennessee and the rest of the Smoky Mountains whose lives are being devastated by these wild fires. Beautiful countryside and good people. Many of the fires were started by arsonists. All very sad and unnecessary. http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/tennessee-wildfires-threaten-resort-towns-of-gatlinburg-pigeon-forge/ar-AAkSBHh?li=BBmkt5R&ocid=spartandhp

Colonial Warriors,
It is Thanksgiving Day 2016 and what a wonderful day indeed. Today like on so many special occasions we are surrounded by family. In some cases we are traveling to be with family regardless of where they are because no one should really be alone on Thanksgiving Day. There are many who take this day for granted, but then there are Colonial Warriors like us. We SEIZE the moment to either Help, Give back or if needed Take in folks for a day. We never ever forget the homeless were NOT always homeless all the time.
The homeless folks we see fell on hard times and did their best to recover, but somehow just didn’t make it back. On this day we need to look out for them. Whether it’s a meal to give, a simple donation, stop and say “How are doing? Are you okay?” The smallest things make the BIGGEST difference. Please take that into consideration when you are out and about today.
I want to thank all people in uniform here and across the globe working on Thanksgiving day. Being SELFLESS is a choice that we as human often forget. Let’s ensure that we as a people don’t make that mistake. God Bless you and your Families as you enjoy this special day of gathering together. In closing please feel free to share with your fellow Colonials stories or photos of your Thanksgiving here on this thread. SO SAY WE ALL! ~Salutes~
Steven Elliott has asked that we post on the Raven and BFC pages that DragonLady is not to be contacted as she is off grid until further notice. All BFC business and other strategic issue inquiries should be directed to him.
IN HONOR OF REMEMBRANCE DAY IN CANADA AND EUROPE, AND VETERAN'S DAY IN THE US:
To those that served and their Families, and the sacrifices they endured for that service, the BFC and Raven Chapter Family thanks you all.
The question of the week is.... Who is your Favorite BSG Character and why? Was this character the one who made you come back to watch week after week? Was there something about them that drew you in. I want to hear your thoughts!
My Favorite has always been Kara "Starbuck" Thrace. When I heard they were rebooting the series and that there would be a strong female lead in the role of Starbuck there was a lot of noise being made. I knew right away that I would like Starbuck. I loved that Starbuck was one who challenged authority (Col. TY) but you also were able to see so many different sides of her in that first season alone. Not to mention she could fly a viper like no one else.
So Who is your Favorite and Why?
Hi All!
With Halloween coming up I know some of us will be dressing up as our favorite ghost or ghoul. I am curious to see everyones Costumes. So I want to invite you to share your favorite costume BSG or Non BSG.
I hope everyone has a safe and fun halloween! Dont eat too much candy!!
Here are a couple of my BSG Costumes.
Battlestar Galactica (original and re-imagined) has been called many things over the years. Amazing, cutting edge, controversial, ETC..
But I really do think it is special. What made you fall in love with this show? Was it the characters? The writing? The Music?
What made you come back each week and watch or if you didn't watch until it was over what made you binge watch the series?
