  Oh yeah it doesn't have to be authenticate if you wanting to build the CIC Table for sure it would rock totally.  Just have to research it and get the actual measurements.  Yep there always fraud on Ebay regardless if ts Battlestar stuff or other movie props and replicas.  But if a person doesn't care oh well its their cash.   If you build it they will come...LOL... Good luck to you on building it if you can get the stats.

  A lot of the higher dollar ebay stuff is marked several times what it went for at original auction. If you are interested in BSG prop collecting check out http://www.quorumoftwelve.com/. you can get some great advice on prop collecting and even buy some cool stuff in the market section. Ebay is crawling with fraud merchandise so be careful.

  Ya know, if I can get blueprints or at the very least dimensions of some of these items, I can build most of this stuff out of wood.  True it wouldn't be authentic, but who cares if you have a Cylon tub coffee table in your living room and it looks great!  Just sayin'...

  Well Ebay is great source for Battlestar Galactica both new and old series.  However prices tend to vary depending on what it is your looking for.  In all fairness it is an auction site and other fans are always looking to add better their collection.  Bidding can get very high, but its what you decide you can afford which sets people a part when it comes to budget.  I can tell you though patient does pay off and items always being listed again or a seller may re-list the same item b/c a buyer didn't pay.  Its all about patience and what you can truly afford to pay.  Be safe and take care.

  There's always something from BSG for sale on Evil-Bay and like you say, the items are not cheap. I tried to win a couple items, but the price goes sooooooo high I end up passing on it.
