Fellow Colonials,
I bid you a fond hello & welcome to our newest members...tonight we will be honoring two more of those who added their talent to the Battlestar Galctica universe.
First off, we honor a Canadian actor who to his credit has appeared not only on BSG but Stargate: SG-1, Stargate: Antlantis, Andromeda & Jeremiah.
Our first Hero goes out Colin Corrigan who portrayed Marine Allan Nowert in the re-imagined series.
Our second Hero of the night (and unfortunately a posthumous one) goes to a consummate character actor....appearing in diverse roles in as many diverse features: Young Frankentein, Twin Peaks, Babylon 5 & the voice of Emperor Palpatine in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
He played Forger 7 in the BSG original series episode "The Long Patrol"...Ian Ambercrombie!
