I just want to quickly post this here. Please join me in welcoming Lt.Jg. Jeff Dailey, as Battlestar Raven's new Communication Officer here. This completes the Raven's Command Staff. But everyone is more than welcome to join any department they want too. The more the merrier. Each and everyone of the department heads have what it takes to lead their own department.
