Yes, the smaller version is named Big Dog. And yes, this one here is impressive.
This is very impressive. Have you ever seen the four legged version on video? I believe it’s called The Mule, or something along those lines. It is VERY FREAKY to watch it in action…chilling in fact. The military is testing and possibly using it. Some of the footage I’ve seen shows it walking on ice, over logs, and various other very unstable surfaces better than most people could do. It also is basically impossible to push over. The stated purpose for it so far is to act as a pack mule and carry supplies, and possibly even wounded or injured people. Seriously though…It’s VERY FREAKY! If those things get weaponized, they’ll be like the Terminator or the Engerizer Bunny…They’ll just keep on going and going and going and going…I would not want them chasing after me, that’s for sure.
