Ravens and Friends,
Battlestar Raven's next tentative convention appearance will be at Wizard World Con in Austin, Texas on November 22-24, 2013. I say tentative because it can change because due to real life responsibilities. But it is looking good so far. Unless otherwise announce that Battlestar Raven will not be able to make it, we will be there. So to all those Raven Members and Friends that can make it there, here is another chance to meet the infamous Raven Group. We will also be there to help promote the upcoming Galacticon 4 which is slotted for 2015. SO COME OUT AND JOIN US at Wizard World Con in Austin, Texas. The Raven will have a booth there so to all those Raven Members that can help man the table, that will be greatly appreciated. Actual has advised that she will be at Wizard Austin Con, November 22-24. Blindsword is coordinating Club Table Crew. I'm in, with gear. Let him or Boogman know if any other MARDET will attend. Uniforms draw attention and fun.
Will be at Wizard Austin and have volunteered to help crew the Club table, spreading the word on Galacticon IV: Resurrection. Anyone else: coming; coming in costume; and coming in MARDET uniform?
The G4 website is close to ready, so info will be released soon.
I am sure something will be release soon as President O'Donnell will be sending me some stuff to me to hand out during Wizard Con. It will be productive I am sure of it. :-)
Pardon, I wasn't pressing for a "need it now" release. I'm just hoping that some of the pertinent information like where it will be and when along with who is currently slated to attend about a week before World Con starts.
Otherwise, I doubt it would be very productive. At best, we could peak some interest to start following up on it. I'm free to discuss more via email or phone con if you prefer.
Ahhh NO! That, I cannot give you because President O'Donnell will kill me! Try AGAIN Boogman! This location I just gave you is for the Austin Wizard Con...It will soon be revealed as the fine details of the location is ironed out. In the meantime, don't hesitate to spread around about Galacticon 4.
