That's ok Rose, take your time with the test, I didn't submit my answers for more than a year after enlisting. You can still take part in the op which is being arranged by Freya of the Seekers. All operations take place in the main chat room on the home page, usually at 10pm EST (US) which is awkward for me as it is 04.00 here in Spain where I live.

You also need to join the battlestar Raven group to be properly a member of the Airwing. I was a BFC member for over a year before anyone told me. I had enlisted through the Battletar Raven website too. Happy landings,

welcome to Perseus sqadron. You can find the Viper training manual by searching "colonial defence force Viper training manual". Have fun with the test.

All members that join as pilots start at the rank of Ensign. A Battlestar is like the modern USN Aircraft carries and the rank system follows as such.
In the discussion section of each of the Ravens squadrons you will find that we have training manuals for the Viper, Raptor and CDF OP's. You can read through the manuals and take a test at the end to earn your wings (Viper Raptor or both as many of us have done). The training manual discussions explain how to submit your exams to be graded. Once your exams are graded you will receive certificates of completeion as Jpeg images that can be printed and saved on your computer as well as on your page as a photo for all to see.
The CDF OP's training will earn you a certificate of completion. I recommend everyone to take advantage of these training manuals because they're packed with very interesting and useful information about BSG.
