Here are two examples of Science Fiction becoming Science Fact. Point Defense / Close In Weapon Systems using Lasers/Directed Energy Weapons. One model is for defending ships. The other is for mounting on trucks and shooting down raiders, I mean drones.

I as you may have guessed cosplay Cylon Six and my husband who has just joined the club does Baltar and he is putting together a set of BDUs. We troop in the UK with a few costuming groups and are trying to get a group of people together in the UK here to troop as BSG characters at Events. Our group is in its infancy but we all have to start somewhere!
