Bio: The 1st American Volunteer Group (AVG) of the Chinese Air Forces in 1941–1942, famously nicknamed the Flying Tigers, was composed of pilots from the United States Army (USAAF), Navy (USN), and Marine Corps (USMC), recruited under presidential authority and commanded by Claire Lee Chennault. The ground crew and headquarters staff were likewise mostly recruited from the U.S. military, along with some civilians.

You can have all my white stuff!!!!! I want spring as much as you. It was close to zero in RI today and it's supposed to be as much as -20 tomorrow. For once, I hope the weather people are wrong, but sadly they're probably correct.

I'll take some of your snow if you want to take some of my negative 25 below zero weather. In the North Country we haven't been getting as much snow this year. I want spring. I would settle for 35 degrees at this point. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Happy Valentine's Day Tigers!! Thanks for sharing Reamer, that's a lot of snow! We have hardly had any, it snows a little then all melts right away and we get lots of mud. Yuck! The roads can get icy though. I'm very much looking forward to the 28th! So say we all!

Happy Valentines Day Everyone, especially the women of the Flying Tigers!!!!
How's the winter going for everyone? Many of you know I don't like the white stuff any more. This winter started out as my dream winter. All we got were light dusting's that barely covered the ground. The almost as January was about to finish we got dumped on big time that more than made up for the snow we didn't get.
We haven't had this much white stuff in years. Here's a couple photos from my back yard taken earlier this week. We're expecting another 10 inches today and into Sunday afternoon.
All I can say is, come on Feb 28th so I can forget about my surroundings and scrap a few toasters!!!! One last thing, I have been working on the models I have in process and I haven't spent much time here or on FB. I think about all of you just about everyday and I wish you the very best.
SO SAY WE ALL!!!!!
PS, I have always used my grill all winter long. The Chicken smelled and tasted awesome.
