Bio: The 1st American Volunteer Group (AVG) of the Chinese Air Forces in 1941–1942, famously nicknamed the Flying Tigers, was composed of pilots from the United States Army (USAAF), Navy (USN), and Marine Corps (USMC), recruited under presidential authority and commanded by Claire Lee Chennault. The ground crew and headquarters staff were likewise mostly recruited from the U.S. military, along with some civilians.

I trust that you have read the message the CAG has sent to our squadron. We will be engaging the Cylons in an epic battle to retrieve much needed ammunition and spare parts. The mission is code named "Long Shot." Some may say it will be a Long Shot for us to successfully complete this mission. I see it as a Long Shot for the Cylons to over run us and make off with the booty!!!!!
Get ready, this will be a mission for the record books to say the least!!!

Our next mission will be performed September 27th at 10:PM EST in the Forum Chat area on the home page here at the BFC. The mission plan is by our very own Captain Blindsword. The mission is code named "Long Shot" and I know we will more than fulfill the missions objectives.
All pilots that have earned their wings or not are welcome to join us on the 27th. Mission details will be posted soon, so keep an eye out and always watch your six for any Toasters.

Hello Tigers, very sorry I have been absent so long, life has been busy. I did want to say that we were represented at the local Oklahoma Convention, SoonerCon when it ran at the end of June! Now I need to get me an actual uniform for BSG lol.

No problem Hitman, you're almost always with us and missing a mission now and them is to be expected. I started late for the mission and I did my best to get up to speed with everyone else. I'll be posting the mission later today as 4 blog posts. Each blog is limited to 10,000 characters and the mission was over 31,000 characters in length. Check back later to read thought it.

Great Job Tigers!!! We had a great mission Saturday Night. Scrap of many Raiders littered outer space and my Viper even got it's starboard wing clipped by a toaster remnant. I made it back scratching the Chiefs Deck to shreds, but it was all in a days work for a Pointy Nosed College Boy!!!!
There will be more missions soon for those that missed this one.

These are the mission details we've been waiting for. A short time ago the CAG sent this message as follows:
OK Folks, Here's Basically How It Will Go:
The Raven Will Have Orders To Proceed To The Outpost Of Isis 281 To Back Up The Colonial Forces There; They've Been Under Siege By Cylon Forces, Who Keep Just Out Of range; In the Meantime, They Have been Conducting Probing And Harassment Attacks On The Outpost.
As We Are 'En route', About Early Saturday, The Outpost Will Send Out A Distress Signal To The Fleet, Reporting The Cylons Are Engaging In a Heavy Attack; They Have Shut Down Half Of The planetary defenses, And, Have Even Deployed Ground Troops; The Raven Will Immediately Jump There, Launch Vipers, And Send Two Platoons Of Raven Marines To Back Up The Marines there.
Basically, This Will Be A General Battle; I Am Hoping All Stations Will be Ready. If Anybody Has Any Ideas, Tweeks, Questions, Or Concerns, Get In Touch With Me ASAP.
