    ALCON,

              I hope everyone is well.  Over the weekend i will be very busy posting more guidelines, rules and procedures.  In order to provide more structure and clarification to avoid any gray areas.  Upcoming announcements will be as listed below some will be long and in-depth others straight forward.  Any question can be sent to my email account at CAG_VF84@yahoo.com or miguel.rivera2@cvn70.navy.mil  i will do my best to get back to you with delay within 24 hours.

    -Members pertaining to shipboard assignment and migrations.

    -Shipboard reporting periods.

    -Physical composition of the Battlestar Fan Club Fleet and other ships.

    -Ship Manning Level for disposition and Dry Dock Procedures.

    -Commissioning / Decommissioning of Shipboard Squadrons.

    -Formation of Colonial Civilian Ships.

    -Building and establishment of Shipboard Squadrons.

    -Colonial Marine assignment and Shipboard responsibilities.

    -Shipboard Senior Staff Officers mission and responsibilities.

    -Examinations, Grading and Certification.

    -Implementation of Shipboard Service Record to encompass Military Fleet.

    -Guidance on Logos, (Squadrons, Marines and Civilian).

    -Suggestion or Complaints Procedures.

    -Pilots, Call Sign, Tail Numbers and Small ship Assignment.

    -Military Commander, Air Group briefing and responsibilities.

    Attention Members,

                   During this upcoming week the BFC Fleet will begin forming slowly. I am not going to jump the gun and come up short. Everything has been planned to be implemented and carefully instituted in order to avoid a down spiral.  I am all about succeeding and that will be the underling facet which will help us grow. I will be establishing the "Civilian" Fleet first b/c the foundation needs to be built upon. The names for the ships will be released soon enough, but obviusly they will also be a total of 12 ship which will be the base line of the "Civilian" Fleet. More addition will come later when i feel the parameters have been met.  I will be asking the BFC membership for assistance once i have established some safety protocols which i will monitor. One can say a method for checks and balances. Thank you for your timeand attention more to come during this upcoming week. Be safe everyone   ~Salutes~

                    I am Admiral Rivera and have been appointed as the Secretary of Defense for the BFC. Its a great honor to be here and help everyone. I look forward to working with you all either as a team or perhaps if folks have individual goals.     Posted that Civilian members should board any ship that wanted. CTR001 Colonial one is where the President and Quorum will be stationed for meetings etc, but Quorum may live on other vessels as well.
