As of this time, all "off shore" recruits are considered invalid, this is in reference to any offsite members of a Battlestar.
Any Battlestar crew member to be valid MUST be a member of the Fan Club, no exceptions.
If there are any persons listed that cannot be validated according to our membership lists and are listed as a member of a Battlestar on the site they are to be purged from official BFC listings and ruled invalid.
Any Battlestar MUST have at least 25 validated members to be recognized per the authority of the President and Admiral Rivera who will grant that honor.
Admiral Rivera will apply SOP within the BFC guidelines
