I got your message and finally got the chance to answer you. I have so busy and trying to catch up with all messages and emails that I am still getting too.
I am sure you will pass. YOU ARE the CAG, and must set a high standard for our pilots. The Raven Pilots are the Elite of the Elites in my humble opinion. And I know you can do it. You have the drive, determination, and motivation, to influence the other pilots.
"WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSION SPARTAN?"
And you know what the answer to that is :-) But at the same time, just remember, we are only doing this for fun. Never forget that. :-) I am just saying that from experience. My aim for everyone of our pilots is to get a perfect score. It makes it more challenging that way and a lot more fun especially if they want to be a Squadron Leader.
Make it happen and get all your pilots certified. I look forward to seeing names go up on the Flight Status Board and the TOP Gun Page.

From the resume he submitted to me, he has the experience. But like everyone else, one cannot hold a position if one is not certified. That means he has to take the viper test. The sooner he takes it and pass, the sooner he can move into that position. But he also needs to obtain TOP GUN status to be a squadron leader. That is what I am requiring on the Raven. That is why all the pilots on the Raven are elite fighters. We just just don't settle for being average. We make it challenging and that makes it more fun. I have already informed him that because he left me a message on my twitter page.
As for the rest, everyone needs to take the viper test or the raptor test. Whichever they want to be their primary job on the ship. Pilots can be both certified as a viper pilot and raptor. But cannot hold a leadership position on both. It is one or the other. I hope that makes sense.
So get all your pilots and pilots wannabes certified. And I mean EVERYONE. It is basically whoevers name is not appearing on the individuals squadron flight sked not check off as being certified , are the ones that needs to take the test ASAP! After that is all said and done, and then I can proceed to the next plan Command has for the Raven.

"What I liked about the original 300 Spartans was, no CG, but made actual machines to fire multiple batchs of arrows...old school. I have been looking for the viper pilots test. And I noticed Im listed as not being assigned to any squadron. Want to earn my wings and request the Chiefs aid in bringing "Artemis", up to specs...Thank you, Sir.
