Season one is just a start. Stay in touch as you go through the series, which is available on netflix instant view. I would advise not to dig too deep into BSG websites as they are going to be full of spoilers for you.
The old guy crowd is present, myself included. I was a fan of the Original BSG, but the new one was a lot deeper and better written. If you are in season one you have great things to come.
