  Those of us with a call sign add it between our first and last names. Its not possible with both of your names. You can try it but your call signs will only be visible when you make comments. Its got to do with the amount of characters in a persons name.

  If you become a pilot you would start out at the rank of Ensign and work your way up. As you see, those of us add our rank to our names as well and even less is seen unless you see comments posted by any one of us.

  Have as much Fun as possible here at the BFC!!!!!

  There's no problem with Skin Jobs if you're a True BSG Fan as most of us are. Its all for fun though some members take it way to seriously as you may see here at times.

  I see that your favorite BSG character is Starbuck. I’m a fan of both Old and New Galactica and my favorite character is Starbuck from both series. When it comes to Cylon skin jobs, I’m partial to the 6’s and the 8’s.

  I see you’re interested in becoming a Viper pilot and you couldn’t have come to a better place than the Battlestar Raven BFC-002

  Colonel Leonidas has given you the link to the Viper training manual but he failed to mention you don’t have to complete your training before you chose the Viper squadron you want to join.

  At the present time Spartan, Perseus, Hammer, Minotaur and Blackstar squadrons are shorthanded and are looking for more pilots.

  If flying a Viper isn’t your style, the Raven has many alternatives. You could join The Marines, Engineering, Security, Sick Bay and more. The choice is entirely up to you. Note: Pesently the site was moved to a new server and it’s under construction, but you can see the departments except for the Airwing.

Noticed you indicate a desire to join the Raven, but have not joined a ship or other chapters of the Battlestar Fan Club? You're on the home web site page, you can go below to the page for The Battlestar Raven, the largest Chapter in the international Club, and join a Chapter or ship. You can get a feel for what we do on the site, and hyper-link back to the home Club site. Each ship has on-line participation as Viper Pilots, Marines. Command Staff, Operations, Med, and many more.   Hello, Dorien, and WELCOME to the Battlestar Fan Club!  It's a great club, and we all hope you really enjoy it.  It's the most fun if everybody participates, so please post and boast on the forums and discussions, (and meet new friends who share a common interest) as well as check out all of the groups you can participate in. (Just look up at the top bar and pick Groups.)  There are battlestars eager for you to sign up, as well as squadrons, you name it, even Pyramid and Cylon stuff!  Lots of the groups are into discussing certain topics, while others are into role playing, so just check it out and find what interests you the most.  Feel free also to start your OWN groups, topics, blogs, discussions, etc.  The more who participate the more fun it is for all.

  The Qualification Test is in the Back; when you are ready to take the Test,Simply E-Mail your Answers to Admiral Miguel Rivera at cag_vf84@yahoo.com; He will Grade your Test,When he can, then Get Back to you with your Score,Certification Certificate,and Viper Tail Number(VTN); As of recent,He has had to deal with some Real-world Issues,So I would Advise Patience.

  Next,the Raven has several Viper Squadrons;The ones in Most need of Pilots are HAMMERS SQUADRON,PERSEUS SQUADRON,MINOTAUR SQUADRON,and BLUE SQUADRON,flying the Classic(TOS) Mk.1's; There are Also SPARTAN SQUADRON(the Raven's First Squadron),and FLYING TIGERS SQUADRON(the most active); Choose Wisely!
