OPERATIONS:

Chief of Operations:

1. Second Officer and third in Command
2. Oversees and manages the real-life details of the fan club
3. Member of the senior staff
4. Problem solving person for operations
5. Monthly reports
6. Communicates with operations personnel
7. Considers/approves operations request with XO approval
8. Support and attend community service and other projects
9. Attend all required meetings
10. All other duties as assigned
 
 
ENGINEERING:

Chief of Engineering:

1. Maintain website updates
2. Makes decisions concerning engineering projects
3. Support and attend community service and other projects
4. Attend all required events and meetings
5. All other duties as assigned
 

 

COMMUNICATIONS:

Chief of Communications:

1. Communicate with other chapters and fleet
2. Activates and maintain chapter communication
3. Maintain telecommunications addresses (Internet/CDF)
4. Support and attend community service and other projects
5. Attend all required meetings
6. All other duties as assigned
 
 
C.A.G.

Commander Air Group

1. Keep track of all pilots on your assigned vessel
2. Keep track of all squadrons and squadron names
3. Assign pilots to daily/weekly rosters and C.A.P.
4. Liase with CO and XO to determine Squadron Leaders
5. Co-ordinate flight missions with CO and XO
6. Prepare rosters for Flight Training
7. Attend all required events and meetings
8. All other duties as assigned

 


NAVIGATOR:

1. Obtain and maintain maps
2. Make navigational recommendations
3. Choose best possible route to meetings and missions
4. Determine critical navigational features such as gas stations, rest room facilities. Etc.
5. Support and attend community service and other projects
6. Attend all required meetings
7. All other duties as assigned

 


DECK OFFICER:

1. Keeps track of members, addresses and phone numbers, dates of birth, and membership dates.
2. Monthly reports to Chief of Operations
3. Support and attend community service and other projects
4. Attend all required meetings
5. All other duties as assigned
 
 
SECURITY:
 
 Chief of Security
 
1. Maintain department and staff
2. Provide for safety of all crew members
3. Contact location of prospective away missions or projects
4. Prepare preliminary reports concerning away missions
5. Provide first aid as needed in conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer
6. Provide support at conventions, charity events and other in functions
7. Investigate and report on any problems (potential or real)
8. Safety Training
9. Develop and head security manuevers
10. Support and attend community service and other projects
11. Attend all required events and meetings
12. All other duties as assigned

  • Colonials, leaders as I have said we have the ships, what we need is you. To Command a Battlestar it only takes 10 members, 7 members for an escort ship, and 4 members to form a Squadron. Contact us now, the ship yards are ready to receive you. If you are not a warrior then board one of the 13 civilian vessels docked , President staff onboard Colonial one. All others, board under which member of the Quorum you follow. Blue Squadron members will be protecting the Quorum of 12.
