Thanks! I actually checked out your squadron's page last night when I enlisted. I'm very interested in joining the Flying Tigers. I downloaded my Viper manual last night. I would really like it if I could make Top Gun. I also downloaded the Raptor manual. Figured it might not hurt to qualify driving a bus also. LoL. I'm assuming that I need to even pass the Viper test before I can join a squadron. Am I right?

I would like to help and join. Where am I to report and as what? New to this..

The only BSG-related DVDs that I'm missing are "Caprica", seasons 1.0 and 1.5.  I own the "Caprica" pilot on DVD, but need to finish getting the show.  Frakking shame SyFy cancelled it... it was getting pretty damned GOOD!!!

No this will not change the ship you are assigned too. That is your permanent ship of assignment. Other members of CDF are members here in BFC and Battlestar Raven.

And to answer your other question. All places got to start somewhere. BFC is structured differently as it also has a civilian fleet and military fleet at the same. CDF is all military structured. Much like when CDF first started, it had nothing going on until the fleet grew. Admiral Rivera, who is the Director of Defense here in BFC, will be implementing the much needed structure to help its growth. And it will grow. His real life responsibilities which is similitar to mine but just different in branch of service, kept him very busy. I am Battlestar Raven Acting Actual at the moment and I am also part of the leadership structure here at Battlestar Galactica Fan Club. I will be working with Admiral Rivera when his structuring of the BFC Fleet is implemented.

Thanks for the comment you left on my page.  I am glad you like what I had on my page.  To be honest with you, I just went with my Callsign "DragonLady" and decided to put that design on my page. Somebody gave me that callsign or nickname should I say Heheheheh!

I love your viper models here.  Awesome job in building it.  The craftsmanship is great. Have you finished the model yet?

As far as you joining CDF as a viper pilot, I am sure they were just busy.  Try leaving them a message again and remind them about it. Here at BFC, I am the XO for Battlestar Raven, which is the flagship of the BFC Fleet that is being built!

Thanks for the info. If I could ever find the time, I'd like to finish the classic viper I started about a year ago. When I can, I'll post some pictures of my classic battlestar and viper I built back in '78. Over the years I've added some details I liked. There no where near what you did but I like them. Awesome viper. You have skills. How much time did it take to build it? The detail is impressive. I've built models as well, but mine are no where near as good as this. GOOD JOB!!! Did the lights come with it or did you design them yourself?
