Well hi, my Name is Juergen Obertshauser or in german writing Jürgen Obertshauser, i am 32 years old and currently work as a police officer in Nuernberg/Germany.

So far i have learned the profession of an electric, was serving for two years in the military, one and a half of it as instructor for basic training in the heavy infantry.

I am engaged in a relation since around nearly three years now, have two cats and love to cook.

My Hobbies are live Roleplay (i play in one of germanys oldest sci fi roleplaying groups), to build replicas and to handcraft stuff. I also work on computers every once in a while. I love to read and i realy love to read good books. In genre, there is no limit to it, may it be poetry, historical fiction, biographies and so on.

I also known to be present at both of germanys great conventions. At the Fed Con (Sci Fi) as a visitor, at Ring Con as staff member.

So if anyone gets a chance to drop by, say hello. We sure have a nice talk.

What brings me here. Well honestly, a few days before i did not know about the Club or this Forum. I am with the CDF for a few years now and i am Member of their German chapter, the Battlestar Persephone/ 13th Fleet. Since i read yesterday about the get togehter of both clubs of course i was intersted of getting those people we are together with to know a little bit. So far i must say i am realy impressed, you do great work and i am happy we both are one club now. So lets get this baby on track and head out.
