Hello, and WELCOME to the Battlestar Fan Club!  It's a great club, and we all hope you really enjoy it.  It's the most fun if everybody participates, so please post and boast on the forums and discussions, (and meet new friends who share a common interest) as well as check out all of the groups you can participate in. (Just look up at the top bar and pick Groups.  There are battlestars eager for you to sign up, as well as squadrons, you name it, even Pyramid and Cylon stuff!  Lots of the groups are into discussing certain topics, while others are into role playing, so just check it out and find what interests you the most.  Feel free also to start your OWN groups, topics, blogs, discussions, etc.  The more who participate the more fun it is for all.

Welcome to the Battlestar Fan Club Jose, it's great to have you join the club! ! ! ! !

I see that your favorite BSG character is Admiral Adama. I am a fan of both Old and New Galactica and my favorite character is Starbuck from both series.

I see that you joined the CDF. I am a member of the CDF and the BFC. I was a member of the 7th Fleet of the CDF. In fact, if you check the Battlestar Mjolnir of the 7th fleet you will still see my name listed as a crew member. I find the Battlestar fan club to have more action taking place than the CDF any day of the week. I have officially transferred to the Battlestar Raven here at the fan club and I am now a Viper squadron leader serving on the Battlestar Raven.

If you ever decide to become a pilot, there is one Raptor and six Viper squadrons aboard the Battlestar Raven. The Blackstar squadron is the only Classic Viper squadron with the Battlestar Raven. At the present time Spartan, Perseus, Hammer, Minotaur and Blackstar squadrons are shorthanded and are looking for pilots.

 

I am Lt Reamer leader of the Flying Tiger's squadron. I am always looking for a few more Viper pilots to join my group. Most of my pilots have taken or they are in the process of taking both Viper and Raptor exams and will be able to pilot either of them. I don’t like to brag, but almost all of my active pilots have earned the “Top Gun” award as well.
