"There are those who believe that life here began out there, far across the universe, with tribes of humans who may have been the forefathers of the Egyptians, or the Toltecs, or the Mayans. Some believe that there may yet be brothers of man who even now fight to survive, somewhere beyond the heavens."

The Caprica Fanclub site recommends you send out a letter weekly to these 2 addresses Demand they Bring Caprica Back.

We recognize that there are a lot of programs out there right now working towards the same Goal, and this site supports that, but the bottom line is that nothing can match the power of a Hand Written Letter from you, this out weighs all other forms of communication by volumes.

to the Executives at Universal and SyFy a hand written letter is counted as 1 fan, not a percentage of fans.

b&g, Yes, i heard. In the beginning i had diffuculties accepting Caprica.

If you are a BSG fan its hard in the beginning to watch anything else, That good it is.

Well, its good to be around people that have the same passion.

in admiration, Donny

Hey! I will go take a look at that website. I really miss that show, and I hope that it can come back to the network. I also heard about another show coming that is supposed to be a sequel to Caprica, which i'm also excited about!

Does anyone know if there were other episodes completed in production, subsequent to the last one shown on sci-fi, and if so, how do I go about getting/seeing it? Thank you in advance, and Happy Holidays, Richard.

The show is great, it's like watching a science fiction soap opera. It's not as action packed as BSG it more than redeems itself with it's interesting story lines, and good characters. The show explores the origins of the modern cylons, and how a tragedy caused a chain reaction that will one day lead to the near extinction of the human race, Daniel Graystone, a worhaholic tycoon who gambles with his company and risks his relationship with his wife to see his daughter again.

Caprica is one of the BEST television programmes I've ever watched and I'm a harsh critic. But I can see why it's not everyone's cup of tea.
It's very emotive. If you're looking for just an action series Caprica isn't that. It deals with many things that require more than passive viewing and I like that. You have to get emotionally and intellectually interested in Caprica. That might be it's downfall because most people as far as I know don't watch tv to think. I like thinking television. I'm sure I'm a minority. But I think it's a brilliant series and there's one thing that seems evident to me. It's that the humans of Caprica are some of the most intensely real humans I've ever seen. Even in person. But don't take me for delusional. I love a deep plot.
