Bio: The 1st American Volunteer Group (AVG) of the Chinese Air Forces in 1941–1942, famously nicknamed the Flying Tigers, was composed of pilots from the United States Army (USAAF), Navy (USN), and Marine Corps (USMC), recruited under presidential authority and commanded by Claire Lee Chennault. The ground crew and headquarters staff were likewise mostly recruited from the U.S. military, along with some civilians.

Any one who would like to fly a Viper and join this group must first download the Viper Training Manual and complete the multiple choice test at the end:

Now I know that the Tigers has the best pilots on the Raven as well as in the fleet. I also know that we have the best leaders in the fleet as well.
I am asking all my active pilots if you are at all interested in leading a squadron, especially one like the Spartans. One with a rich history I implore you to get in touch with me or the CAG. You will always be the best now lets lead the best, together.

ALL PILOTS!!!!! Reamer has previously posted in the discussions a Viper start up checklist. Make sure you have this handy because you never know when an inspection might come up and you do not want to be caught flat footed as I once was by Admiral Rivera! You never know, I may pull one myself so stay on your game!
