Yes, I agree, Ive been doing cons for 20 years or so..great big ones, like '94 HopeCon to the 'Slanted Fedora' cons in the late 90's..plus Archon, s few times. Ive got to meet some classic Trek and BSG actors,plus other shows. They are all professionals and I believe that Galacticon4 would not have made it this far if it wasn't the same for these workers/organizers. I just wish them well in their re-organizing efforts and hope that the Con is a success..

They ARE busily and hurriedly working to remedy the situation. Hopefully this is like a cliff hanger where it works out at the last moment. Sort of like the Galactica's last battle where she jumps and accidentally finds Earth. Many people have gotten very angry and said some really unkind things. Yes, it is important to support each other as fans, as well as the stars, not point angry fingers and shoot the messenger, which accomplishes nothing but demoralizing those trying to make it all work. This is supposed to be a fun and pleasant event. It should be remembered that once harsh and hurtful words are released, verbally or in written format, they can not be taken back, and the damage is done. So hopefully everybody will go and wing it and work together as best possible. That is EXACTLY what they would do in the Battlestar Galactica genera/universe. Let's ban together and press on unto the end as Galactican heroes. Let us snatch victory from the jaws of defeat! So say we ALL!
