Thanks for the comment and message you left on my page. I am glad to hear you guys are watching Season 3 of BSG there in Portugal.
You had a question about promotions...Good question...First off, I am assuming that you want to join a Battlestar because those promotions that you saw only pertains to individuals joining a Battlestar. Each individual promotions is up to the Commanding Officer of that Battlestar to give out. The rules and guidelines to be promoted is set forth by the BFC Fleet Command Headquarters.
Another way of obtaining rank is by starting your own Battlestar or Chapter as we like to call it. You will then need at least 7 people to start your own Battlestar. If you are interested in doing either or, please do not hesitate to contact Admiral Beau Thacker, the BFC Fleet Commander, who will be glad to help you out. If you cant get hold of him, kindly let me know and I will be glad to get hold of him for you. I have ways of getting hold of him. I am his Executive Officer :-) :-)
