800x600 is a good place to start. Any smaller, it pixelates. I guess I need to get more specific. My brain's fried from studying all weekend for a chemistry test. Anyway, I'll try more specifics.

Not sure what qualifies as "decently-sized," but I did a quick Google image search on "Colonial Viper wallpaper" and came up immediately with three 800x600 or 1024x768 images of classic Vipers at play. Were they screencaps of the show? No, sir; they were all fan-made. But for copyright reasons, I think you may have difficultly finding hi-res images of TOS.

I've looked all over the web for photos of the Original series, specifically ships. I find a plethora of the reimagined ones but nothing for the original, that I can use for desktops. Are there none out there? I'm looking for clean, decently sized, with no website tags (someone's .com smeared all over the pic) for making my own wallpapers. Nothing available or am I just not looking in the right places? I've googled, looked at Imdb which won't let you right-click, and that's all I've found. Thanks!

@Sandi: Ironically, I'm a lot like Apollo in personality (responsible, assertive, protective, responsive), yet more often than not get *rebuffed* because I'm not "manly" enough. Whatever. If being arrogant, insensitive, and superficial are what passes nowadays for masculinity, then guilty as changed.

Thats a hard choice. Apollo was always so serious while Starbuck was more of a maverick. But you gotta like Starbuck, he always got the girl.
