Collectible Cards! Exhibition pieces 06 and 07
These artifacts of the First Cylon War are found throughout the Raven Fleet with ease - many officers have such small and personal items, relics of the First Cylon War. They stem from another time when the War against the Cylon still was glorified and more than just bare survival.
Great work Alex.
"A united fleet reborn" - At the peak of the First Cylon War, the articles of colonization brought about the unification of all Colonies of Kobol. At this time, all tribes were united toward a singular cause: Retaliation.
It is this unity on which the might of the Colonial Fleet resides. From the smallest Raptor Crew to the legions manning entire Battle Groups - without the unity of the Colonies, there can be no victory.
Another great entry. Looks slick.
Exhibition piece 08
At the height of the First Cylon War, the launch of Twelve Battlestars marked the turning point for the Colonial Fleet. From thereon, it was no longer the assembled entirety of sovereign colonial forces, but a joint effort of all Twelve Colonies, requiring them to work together.
Early joined operations of several Battlestar Groups were of immense magnitude, concentrating much of the fleet's power in one effort. Symbolically, they also strengthened the ties between the colonies from which the operating Battlestars hailed.
For the first time in Colonial History, an encounter of two Colonie's mightiest warships was not a herald of impending conflict, but a sign of allegiance between worlds.
At the height of the First Cylon War, the Colonial Fleet called for all remaining forces of humanity.
This rallying call sounded from the great cities of Caprica, over the blue oceans of Picon and across the golden fields of Aerilon alike. Never before had a call of such strength been heard across the Twelve Colonies and its heralds were the mighty Battlestars in the sky.
The Battlestar and the Viper - perhaps the most iconic combination of weapons since phalanxes on the battlefields of Kobol fought with shield and spear. These were the new weapons of Ares, the god of war, bringing destruction to the Cylon and victory to the humankind.
